Coldwell Banker kicks off its annual conference with an energetic opening video.

For this event, they wanted a six-minute animated piece that could engage thousands of attendees from the start.

I led the project as art director, storyboard artist, and animation supervisor—handling most of the production solo and directing support as needed. Delivered in just 12 weeks, the video exceeded expectations and set an electrifying tone for the conference.
