MGA wanted to expand the L.O.L. Surprise! brand—Toy of the Year and a top-selling collectible—by creating story-driven content that explored the dolls’ personalities, relationships, and desires.

I was tasked with developing a four-episode series told entirely from the dolls’ point of view, where all action unfolds on their cellphones as they text, like photos, order food, and more.

Using a mix of illustration, video, and photography, I brought Lady Diva, Swag, and others to life.

The result is an exclusive series that gave fans a fresh window into the dolls’ world while deepening brand engagement.
